East Challoch Farm holiday accommodation self catering

This traditional semi-detached farm holiday cottage on the edge of East Challoch Farm has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and can sleep up to six people.

The cosy lounge has an electric fire, night storage heating and Sky TV. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need - electric cooker, hobs, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

There is a bathroom and a shower room, both with toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms comprising one double and two twin rooms, all with electric heating and ample wardrobe space and storage.

Downstairs is the living room, kitchen/diner and the two bathrooms. To the rear of the cottage is a large garden and a small shed in which there are garden chairs and a barbecue for use on the lawned area. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm grounds, but dogs must be kept on a lead.

All towels and bed linen are provided and a cot and fold-up bed are also available on request.

Our self-catering cottage tariff for 2012 is as follows:
From 07 Jan - 27 Apr    £220 per week
From 28 Apr - 29 Jun    £340 per week
From 30 Jun - 31 Aug    £410 per week
From 01 Sep - 28 Sep   £320 per week
From 29 Sep - 14 Dec   £220 per week
From 15 Dec - 04 Jan    £340 per week

Autumn short break: £140 for any three nights entry days on Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed only.

A deposit of £60 will confirm your booking per week.
Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation.
Full payment is required one week before arrival
